Shipping & Delivery
Orders within United Arab Emirates
Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving a notification and shipped via courier at a standard rate of AED 30.
Cash on delivery accepted (no extra charge).
A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.
International Orders
We are currently delivering to GCC countries (Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia) only.
Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving a payment.
NO CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE.
The ETA for receiving any order internationally is 10-15 days (depending on custom clearance procedures).
Delivery charges will be calculated at check out depending on delivery location and package weight.
A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.
Shipping Costs
Standard rate of AED 30 for all cities across UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah). For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 2 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 5 days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 business days of payment of order. We operate Sunday - Thursday during standard business hours (9am - 5pm), except on national holidays during which Gulf fashion abaya will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time only before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please email us at Contact@Gulffashionabaya.com
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time only before the order has been dispatched.
